We pride ourselves on using only the finest raw materials and strive to manufacture our products to the highest quality standards.

Nor does it apply to a product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, unauthorized repair or inadequate care that can be reasonably expected. Mebala reserves the right to establish whether the product failure or damage is due to fair wear and tear or abuse, by doing a physical inspection of the product. If required, the item may need to be returned to our head office or factory for quality assessment.

Mebala will bear the full cost of repairing a product that has a manufacturing defect, including the courier cost.
